1. Membership Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

Notice Period: Provide at least 30 day notice prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Cancellation Process: Submit your cancellation request by emailing [email protected] with your full name and membership details.

Confirmation: Upon processing your cancellation, we will send a confirmation email.

Please note that cancellations made less than 30 days before the next billing cycle may result in charges for that period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

2. Refund Policy for Courses

We strive to provide valuable and transformative courses. However, if you are not satisfied, our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Requests: Requests must be made within 5 days of the original purchase date.

Processing Fee: A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.

Request Process: To request a refund, email [email protected] with your full name, purchase details, and reason for the refund.

Approval and Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds are not available for courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed or completed.

3. Session Rescheduling and Cancellation

For one-on-one sessions:

Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session fee being forfeited.

These policies are in place to ensure fairness and accommodate all clients effectively.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Live Course Recording & Media Release Disclosure

By registering for and/or attending any live Zoom class, event, or course hosted by Rabbi Abe (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consent to Recording and Use of Likeness
You understand that the Event may be recorded in both audio and video formats. By participating in the Event, including by appearing on camera, speaking, asking questions, or otherwise contributing, you grant Rabbi Abe, its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns (collectively, “Producers”) the irrevocable right to record, edit, use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, and otherwise exploit your image, voice, name, likeness, statements, and any other participation captured during the Event (collectively, “Recordings”) in any media format, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for any lawful purpose including but not limited to marketing, advertising, education, or resale of course materials.

No Expectation of Compensation
You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, payment, credit, or other consideration for the use of the Recordings or for participation in the Event, and you hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use thereof.

Release of Liability
You hereby release and discharge Rabbi Abe, its employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and licensees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of the Recordings, including without limitation any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of moral rights, or violation of the right of publicity.

Acknowledgment of Agreement
By completing your purchase and attending the Event (live or recorded), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this disclosure and media release. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from registering for or attending any live Zoom Event hosted by Rabbi Abe.
